Donor Privacy

Wholehuman Collective respects the privacy of every person who supports its mission. This statement explains how donor information is handled across the contribution platform.
1. Our donor promise
Wholehuman does not sell, rent, trade, or share donor information for another organization's marketing. Donor trust is part of the work, not an optional feature.
2. Information used for a gift
Wholehuman uses donor information to process contributions, provide receipts and tax acknowledgments, answer gift-related questions, maintain required nonprofit records, and communicate when requested.
3. Payment processing
Payment details are handled by Stripe through its hosted checkout. Wholehuman does not store complete card information on its servers.
4. Campaign attribution
When a contribution follows a Taboola advertisement, Wholehuman may send Taboola the advertising click identifier, contribution amount and currency, and the Stripe Checkout Session reference after Stripe confirms payment. This flow does not send card details, donor names, or donor email addresses to Taboola.
5. Limited operational sharing
Information may be provided to payment, email, or compliance services only when needed to complete a contribution or meet a legal obligation.
6. Anonymous contributions
When an anonymous option is available, public campaign pages do not display the donor's identity. Wholehuman and its payment processor may still retain records required to process the gift and meet legal obligations.
7. Your preferences
Donors may opt out of nonessential communications or request access, correction, or deletion of eligible information by contacting support@wholehumancollective.net.
