These terms govern use of the Wholehuman Collective platform, operated by a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit with EIN 92-0584007. By using the platform, joining a program, or making a contribution, you agree to these terms.
1. Our purpose
Wholehuman funds and operates free programs focused on community mental health, healing, and wellbeing, supported by donor-funded scholarships. Wholehuman is an educational and community nonprofit, not a healthcare provider.
2. Not medical advice
Information shared through the platform, circles, and programs is for educational and community purposes. It is not a replacement for professional medical, psychological, or legal care.
3. Contributions
Donations are voluntary charitable contributions. They are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by U.S. law, and no goods or services are provided in direct exchange for a donation.
4. Programs and scholarships
Participation is subject to the guidelines published for each program. Scholarships are awarded at Wholehuman's discretion, with priority given to people for whom cost is the barrier to access.
5. Community conduct
Participants must treat others with respect and honor consent. Wholehuman may remove a participant whose conduct makes a community space unsafe.
6. Intellectual property
Text, images, and recordings on the platform belong to Wholehuman Collective or the relevant contributor. Written permission is required before republishing content at scale.
7. Changes to these terms
Wholehuman may revise these terms as the platform and programs evolve. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised version.
